In most polyhouses and sheds, climate control still comes down to a worker checking the temperature by feel or a wall thermometer, then manually switching on fans, foggers, or opening vents. It works reasonably well during the day when someone is around, but temperature and humidity don't wait for shift changes — a hot afternoon spike or a humid night can go uncorrected for hours, stressing the crop or flock before anyone notices.

ClimateX MINI replaces that manual watch with a PLC-based controller that reads live temperature and humidity from shielded, weatherproof sensors and switches fans, fogger pumps, cooling pads, and heaters automatically to hold the environment inside a set range — day or night, whether or not staff are on-site. Because the logic runs on industrial control hardware rather than a basic thermostat relay, it holds up to continuous 24/7 duty without the drift or lockups common to simpler timer-based setups.

The panel uses genuine imported switchgear — relays, RCCBs, SMPS, timers — sized for real farm loads (0.5 HP fans, 5 HP pumps), so it's built to handle the electrical demands of a working greenhouse or poultry shed rather than a light-duty consumer controller. Manual and automatic modes both remain available, so staff can override the system directly when needed without losing the automated baseline.

With the optional WiFi module, the same dashboard that runs the panel is reachable remotely — useful for a grower managing more than one shed or checking conditions after hours instead of driving out to look. The result is fewer missed corrections, lower labor dependency for round-the-clock monitoring, and more consistent conditions for the crop or flock.
