Japanese Engineering, Inline Perfection
OxyFlow is a micro/nano bubble generator featuring Japanese workmanship. It is designed to be installed inline within plumbing systems to instantly transform regular water into a powerful cleaning and oxygenating agent.
The device generates a maximum of 160 million ultra-fine bubbles per milliliter. These bubbles are so small they can penetrate deeply into pores or soil structures, enhancing nutrient uptake and root zone health.
- Zero electricity — operates on water pressure alone
- Zero maintenance — no cartridges or parts to replace
- Inline installation — fits standard plumbing
Key Highlights
No Power Needed
Operates entirely on tap water pressure. No electricity, no running costs.
Zero Maintenance
No cartridge replacements or servicing required. Install and forget.
Easy Install
Standard G1/2 threads (inlet) and male threads (outlet). Fits any standard plumbing.
High Output
Up to 160 million bubbles per milliliter for maximum dissolved oxygen.
Technical Specifications
How OxyFlow Nano Bubble Oxygenation Works
Root health depends heavily on how much oxygen is dissolved in the water reaching the root zone — but ordinary irrigation water, especially from a borewell or a warm overhead tank, often carries relatively little dissolved oxygen by the time it reaches the plant. Low oxygen at the roots slows nutrient uptake and, in waterlogged or poorly drained soil, is one of the conditions that lets root rot and anaerobic pathogens take hold.
OxyFlow addresses this by generating micro and nano-sized bubbles — down to a scale where up to 160 million bubbles can be present per milliliter of water — as water passes through the device under normal line pressure. Bubbles this small behave differently from ordinary aeration bubbles: instead of rising quickly to the surface and popping, they stay suspended in the water for extended periods, which means the oxygen they carry has time to actually reach the root zone rather than escaping at the surface before the water is even applied.
Because OxyFlow works purely off water pressure passing through its internal geometry, it needs no electricity, no controller, and no consumable cartridges — it installs inline with standard G1/2 threaded connections and keeps working as long as water flows through it. There's nothing to service, replace, or calibrate, which is a meaningful difference from most water-treatment or oxygenation equipment that requires ongoing maintenance or running costs.
Beyond irrigation, the same nano-bubble effect is used in aquaculture (raising dissolved oxygen for fish and shrimp), pond and water-body maintenance, and even cosmetic and pet-cleaning applications, because the ultra-fine bubbles penetrate pores and fine soil structure more effectively than larger bubbles from conventional aeration.

Application Areas
Agriculture & Aquaculture
Nano bubbles increase dissolved oxygen, stimulating seed respiration for quicker germination and promoting growth in plant cultivation and aquaculture.
Cosmetics & Skin Care
Nano-sized bubbles penetrate deep into pores to remove dirt and impurities. Improves blood circulation and keeps skin moisturized.
Pet Care & Hygiene
Effectively neutralizes unpleasant odors and adsorbs dirt gently without harsh chemicals.
Pools & Water Bodies
Improves water cleaning ability and increases dissolved oxygen levels naturally.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does OxyFlow need electricity to work?
No — OxyFlow generates micro and nano bubbles entirely from water pressure as water passes through it. There's no power connection required.
How is OxyFlow installed?
It installs inline in your existing plumbing using a standard G1/2 female inlet thread and a male outlet thread — no rewiring or special fittings needed.
How much maintenance does it need?
None. There are no cartridges, filters, or consumable parts to replace — install it and it keeps working as long as water flows through the line.
What is a nano bubble and why does size matter?
OxyFlow generates bubbles fine enough that up to 160 million can be present per milliliter of water. Bubbles this small stay suspended far longer than ordinary aeration bubbles, so more of the dissolved oxygen actually reaches the root zone instead of escaping at the surface.
Can OxyFlow be used outside irrigation?
Yes — the same nano-bubble effect is used in aquaculture, pond and water-body maintenance, and cosmetic/pet-care cleaning applications.
Will OxyFlow work with my existing irrigation setup?
Yes — it's designed to fit inline with standard plumbing, so it works alongside your existing drip, sprinkler, or tank-fed irrigation system.
What does OxyFlow cost?
OxyFlow starts from ₹60K, with final pricing depending on the connection size and flow rate needed for your setup. Request a quote for your exact requirement.
